Safety information
In an emergency, stay calm and follow these instructions.
IN ANY EMERGENCY • Stay calm. Alert the nearest staff member or call Reception immediately. • Follow the evacuation route on the map below — out through your room door, then the building's main door, and along the footpath to the assembly area (the green GATHERING ground). • Report to hotel staff at the assembly area so everyone can be accounted for. • Assist children, elderly guests and anyone who needs help. • Do not re-enter any building until staff declare it safe. • The resort has no elevators — all buildings are low-rise. Use the stairs and the marked footpaths. FIRE • Raise the alarm — shout "FIRE" and alert staff. Call Fire & Rescue on 110. • Leave immediately. Do not stop to collect belongings. • If there is smoke, stay low and cover your nose and mouth with a cloth. • Feel doors before opening them — if a door is hot, use another way out. • Fire extinguishers are marked on the map (🧯) — use one only on a small fire, and only if it is safe to do so. EARTHQUAKE • DROP to the ground, take COVER under a sturdy table or beside an interior wall, and HOLD ON until the shaking stops. • Keep away from windows, mirrors and heavy furniture. • When the shaking stops, evacuate calmly to the assembly area — expect aftershocks. • Do not use candles or open flames afterwards, in case of gas leaks. AT NIGHT OR DURING A POWER FAILURE • Use your phone light or the emergency lighting — never an open flame. • If you are unsure of the route, wait for staff instructions. IN RESTAURANTS, HALLS AND PUBLIC AREAS • Follow staff directions to the nearest gathering ground. • Leave through the nearest marked exit — do not return for belongings.
