• After one guest has taken a shower, it may take approximately 30 minutes for the water to reheat before sufficient hot water is available for the next shower.
• We kindly ask for your patience and understanding while the system reheats.
• To help conserve water and energy, please use hot water responsibly and avoid leaving taps or showers running unnecessarily.
• Small efforts to reduce water and energy consumption help protect the environment and support our sustainability initiatives.

For your convenience, Metta Resort & Spa offers professional laundry services during your stay.

Please note the following:

• Laundry bags and laundry request forms are provided in your guest room.
• Please place your laundry items in the laundry bag, complete the laundry form, and contact the Front Office for collection.
• Laundry charges are based on the hotel's current laundry price list.
• Laundry received before the hotel's stated cut-off time will normally be returned the same day. Items received after the cut-off time will be returned the following day.
• While every care is taken in handling your garments, the hotel is not responsible for damage resulting from normal washing processes, colour fading, shrinkage, or garments with weak fabric or loose embellishments.
• Please ensure all pockets are emptied before sending garments for laundering. The hotel is not responsible for valuables or personal items left in clothing.
• Any concerns regarding your laundry service should be reported to the Front Office within 24 hours of receiving your garments.

For your convenience, Metta Resort & Spa offers a complimentary secure luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out.

To ensure the safety and proper handling of your belongings, please note the following:

• All luggage will be received by our Front Office team and securely stored in our designated luggage storage area.
• Access to the luggage storage room is restricted to authorized hotel staff only.
• A luggage handling record will be maintained, and guests will be asked to sign upon collection of their luggage.
• Please retain your luggage claim tag or provide identification when collecting your belongings.
• We recommend that you keep cash, jewellery, passports, medications, electronic devices, and other valuables with you at all times. The hotel accepts no responsibility for valuables left inside stored luggage.
• Any unclaimed luggage will be handled in accordance with the hotel's Lost and Found Policy.
